We offer a 14 day return policy. If all packaging and products come back in good, original, resale-able condition, we refund you in full. Items not in that condition may be liable to a fee, as we may only be able to resell at a lower price.
How to return
Email us at ride@dalry.cc within 14 days. We refund to your original payment method through our checkout, usually within a few days of getting the item back. For click and collect orders, just bring the item back to the shop.
We cover the return postage and refund the original shipping when:
- the wrong item was sent,
- an item arrives damaged,
- or an item is not as described.
We do not cover return postage or refund shipping if you ordered the wrong item by mistake. Please email or phone before ordering if you are unsure.
Cancelling an online order
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unused items in original condition for a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Custom builds and made to order work are excepted once we have started them, and we will always agree that with you first.
Faulty items
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if something is faulty or not as described.
