Personal data and privacy are a hot topic these days. We don’t like having our data harvested and sold, so we don’t do that.
What we collect and why
If you send an enquiry, we use your name, email and phone only to reply. If you order something, we use your name, address, email, phone and order details only to take payment, fulfil your order and post it, and to handle any return.
Who we share it with
Only the people who make the order work: our payment provider, Stripe, to take the card payment, our website host to run the site, and Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies WooCommerce needs to run your basket and checkout. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as UK tax law requires, which is six years. Enquiries no longer than we need to deal with them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email ride@dalry.cc. If you are unhappy you can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
